1. Installment Payment Terms

When you choose the installment payment option, all 3 installments must be completed within 3 months of your order date. Each installment is one-third of the total order amount.

2. Late Payment Fines

If the 3-month deadline is missed, a fine of ₦10,000 will be added for each month of delay, for up to 6 months. After 6 months of non-payment, the order will be cancelled, total fines of ₦60,000 deducted, and the remaining balance refunded.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders that remain unpaid after the 6-month grace period will be cancelled automatically. Products reserved for cancelled orders will be returned to inventory.

4. Referral Program

Earn ₦5,000 for every friend who makes a purchase using your referral code. Referral earnings are credited as pending until the referred purchase is confirmed by an admin. Earnings can be used toward future purchases.

5. Product Authenticity

All products sold on Agbor Phone Market are authentic. We source directly from verified suppliers. Condition grades (Brand New, Direct UK, Nigerian Used) are accurate representations.

6. Repairs & Pickup

Our repair service includes free pickup and delivery within our service area. Estimated repair time is 1-3 business days depending on the nature of the repair. We are not liable for data loss during repairs — please back up your device before submitting.

7. Delivery

Delivery is arranged once payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines vary by location. You will be contacted to schedule delivery.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely to process orders and provide services. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for order fulfilment.

9. Contact & Disputes
